CEA Update on New Solar AD/CVD Petition

On April 24, 2024, four U.S. solar manufacturers filed a new antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) petition with the U.S. Department of Commerce (DoC) against imports of solar cells from Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam.
